Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Guide: Walk customers through technical setups and configurations to ensure optimal system performance.

- Collaborate: Work closely with the day shift engineering team to escalate and resolve complex tickets.
- Identify: Monitor recurring issues to provide feedback on product improvements and process enhancements.
- Engage: Maintain a professional, empathetic, and high-energy demeanor during night operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior IT experience required; training is provided.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Windows, macOS) and strong typing speed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
