Responsibilities
- Provide professional, empathetic technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using advanced support tools.
- Document detailed customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system to ensure knowledge base accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day-shift support team to ensure seamless service continuity and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and technical documentation to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn proprietary software systems.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
