The Role

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning business objectives with operational capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and marketers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Identify emerging market trends and technological advancements to inform long-term planning.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on project health, milestones, and budget utilization.
- Drive the integration of AI and automation technologies to enhance our operational efficiency by 2026.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for complex strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the budget allocation and financial forecasting for the 2026 readiness portfolio.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, or strategic planning within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on hybrid approaches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data analytics tools and strategic planning software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, MS Project).
- Deep understanding of digital transformation and emerging tech trends (AI, Cloud, IoT).
- PMP, PgMP, or similar advanced certification is highly preferred.
