Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for the 2026 Initiative, from conception through to successful implementation
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and sustainability domains
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps with Jira, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage $5M+ budgets and resources while optimizing ROI through agile methodologies
- Stakeholder communication with C-suite executives, government agencies, and community partners
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with ESG standards
- Drive innovation in circular economy models and renewable energy integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience with large-scale sustainability or infrastructure projects
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record managing $3M+ budgets and 20+ person teams
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and project management software (Jira, Asana)
- Deep understanding of smart city technologies and circular economy principles
- Experience collaborating with municipal governments and regulatory bodies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Project Management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
