- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop predictive analytics models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Advise executive leadership on emerging tech integration and societal impact
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of publishing industry-shaping trend reports
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
