- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities and threats
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Design and implement future-proof organizational capabilities and culture initiatives
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
