Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and validate disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors with data-backed impact projections
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption curves across emerging markets
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team while managing strategic partnerships with academic institutions
- Author quarterly foresight reports and whitepapers on industry transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
