Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscape
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for long-term organizational planning
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Produce scenario-based models and risk assessments for emerging technologies and market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate future intelligence into product development, marketing, and operational planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research (preferred)
