Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive analytics tools
- Experience leading teams through digital transformation
- Deep network in Silicon Valley and global innovation hubs
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent
