Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces and innovation opportunities across sectors
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption, market shifts, and societal changes using proprietary AI tools
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to maintain foresight leadership
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's internal foresight capabilities
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in leading journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research abilities with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable business impact
