Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, social shifts, and market disruptions impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and future-state briefs for executive and board audiences
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate AI-driven forecasting tools with human-centric qualitative analysis
- Advolve leadership teams on systemic risks and opportunities in climate, geopolitics, and tech evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proven track record of translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating abstract futures
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proofing initiatives
