Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage shipments in accordance with safety protocols.
- Sort, pack, and wrap products accurately for delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) with certification or training.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville facility.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
