Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve product or service issues.
