Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily performance metrics.

Qualifications
