Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account information with 100% accuracy.
- Learn and utilize our internal CRM and support software through paid training.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor while managing high call volumes.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
