- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and upsell products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets set by management.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members to foster a collaborative culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and reliable with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility for remote or hybrid work options.
