Responsibilities
- Complete structured onboarding and training programs to master product knowledge and sales methodologies.
- Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and optimize service delivery.
- Track and analyze customer metrics to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and prepare regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn new software systems and sales techniques quickly.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Resident of Los Angeles or willing to commute to downtown Los Angeles.
