Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Sell bank products/services (checking accounts, loans, credit cards) to meet business goals
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Utilize banking software to update customer records and transaction history
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Must be available for full-time daytime shifts (including Saturdays)
- Valid Alaska driver's license preferred
- Previous cash handling experience a plus but not required
