Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning business goals with future market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth macroeconomic and technological trend analysis to identify high-impact growth areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 2026 initiatives into operational planning.
- Present complex strategic concepts to C-suite executives and stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging disruptive technologies to ensure market relevance.
- Create scenario planning models to prepare the organization for various future market conditions.
- Lead workshops and strategic sessions to foster a culture of long-term thinking across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Planning, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or futures research.
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term (3-5 year) strategic plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic narratives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience in the technology or consulting sector is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
