Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ scenario models using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-industry foresight workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce actionable trend reports with 3-5 year implementation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Advant board members on emerging risks and opportunities
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness maturity assessment
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership on technology societal impact
- Proficiency in foresight platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight schools)
