Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to inform 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Develop and lead forward-looking scenario-planning frameworks for sustainable business growth
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Present compelling trend reports and future-state recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Lead the development of Horizon's 'Future Horizons' thought leadership platform
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
