Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-million dollar project budgets and financial forecasting for 2026 World Cup infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, construction firms, and government officials to ensure seamless stadium transitions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate operational disruptions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with FIFA, local municipalities, and corporate sponsors to align on strategic goals.
- Ensure all projects adhere to strict timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Lead crisis management simulations and response protocols for large-scale event scenarios.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale construction, events, or sports infrastructure.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-border projects with high visibility.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, and financial modeling software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt to rapid changes.
