- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies including AGI and synthetic biology
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Anticipate regulatory impacts and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Future Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neural network architectures
- Certification in AI Ethics or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
