Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through comprehensive trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof initiatives across technology, sustainability, and human experience domains
- Conduct high-impact research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation hubs
- Oversee the development of predictive models and horizon scanning methodologies
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
