Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to define 2026 strategic imperatives
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging market disruptions
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking 2026 technology adoption curves
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' strategic forecast report
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5-10 year) strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFPC preferred)
