Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and their impact on 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Produce high-impact trend briefings for executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using advanced analytics tools
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation methodology standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong command of quantitative and qualitative research techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis platforms (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
