Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and disruptive forces impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for long-term business planning and risk mitigation
- Champion innovation through executive workshops, scenario planning sessions, and stakeholder engagement
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps, market entry strategies, and investment decisions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author forward-looking thought leadership content and presentations for executive audiences
- Oversee cross-functional teams executing innovation projects aligned with 2026 vision
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
