You'll lead cross-functional teams in translating foresight into actionable business solutions while representing our brand at global tech summits.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2028
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Present trend analyses at industry conferences with 500+ attendee reach
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Author white papers on exponential technologies published in Forbes/Wired
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5+ year strategic horizons
- Strong network with futurist communities (WFSF, APF preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-to-strategy translation success
