- Monitor horizon-scanning signals and validate predictions against real-world developments
- Manage a global network of futurist researchers and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations at industry conferences and client summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or advanced trend analysis
- Proven track record developing 5+ year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
