Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities with future-state projections
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic trends to inform product development and market entry strategies
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation pipeline alignment with future-proofing objectives
- Represent Innovatech at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, APF) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
