Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast business impacts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on 2026+ market shifts
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation portfolios aligned with future human needs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals to identify emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainability topics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or CFTE) strongly preferred
