Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and economic patterns to forecast 5-10 year industry transformations
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic futures briefings to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners and academic thought leaders
- Author white papers on disruptive trends for industry publications and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with portfolio evidence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/social science field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures insights into executable business strategies
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members in high-stakes environments
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Published author or speaker at global foresight conferences (e.g., World Future Society)
