You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies while fostering a culture of innovation across our global organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and white papers
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish innovation KPIs and track future-readiness metrics
- Mentor junior futurists and build the foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
