Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable product strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for AI, climate tech, and biotechnology sectors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, climate tech, or biotechnology trends
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
