- Build and mentor a global network of futurist partners
- Author quarterly trend reports and publish industry thought leadership

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience with foresight platforms like Gartner or Forrester
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
