- Lead strategic workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports published in industry-leading journals and conferences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions addressing emerging human needs
- Maintain a proprietary trend-sensing network of 500+ global experts across 15+ industries
- Present findings to investor boards and government advisory panels on future workforce implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or trend forecasting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, climate adaptation, or neurotechnology adoption
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience with quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, TechScape) and qualitative research
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Deep network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems and policy circles
