As part of our elite Future Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to identify paradigm shifts, anticipate market disruptions, and position Visionary Labs as the industry's thought leader through 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for long-term innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-level scenario planning reports and predictive modeling for emerging tech domains
- Coordinate with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with future market opportunities
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused research organizations
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends shaping 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future technology planning
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario development capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong network within futurist communities and tech innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or technology disruption
