- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs bridging academia, startups, and enterprise resources
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles with proven 10-year forecasting success
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in innovation journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of implemented innovations generating $10M+ in value or impact
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
