Responsibilities

- Lead innovation workshops using design thinking and futures methodologies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of trend analysis influencing business decisions
- Expertise in scenario planning and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
