Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and potential market disruptions
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders on emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate foresight insights into product development, market entry strategies, and investment decisions
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices in strategic foresight methodologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic vision frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal impact analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications or journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, scenario modeling)
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or innovation-driven environments
