Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, including technology, market, and socio-political trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable scenarios
- Produce high-impact visualizations and reports for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Design innovation pipelines for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech)
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills with data-driven insights
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global tech organizations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) required
