Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify complex datasets across multiple platforms with 99.8% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare and finance
- Implement data validation protocols using SQL and Excel VLOOKUP functions
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Maintain confidential client records with HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Train junior staff on proprietary data management systems
- Optimize workflows through automation script development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume data entry experience in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- CompTIA Data+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP data entry interfaces
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding accuracy quotas
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
