Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models tailored for enterprise scalability.
- Lead research initiatives in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ethics, Security) to ensure responsible AI development.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies such as multimodal AI and neural architecture search.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (5+ years of experience).
- Extensive expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production using MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in the AI space.
