Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI Infrastructure, aligning with business objectives.
- Architect high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in the development of proprietary neural architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for scalable machine learning operations (MLOps).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Proven track record of designing resilient systems in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their application to modern AI problems.
