Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure for 2026-ready applications.
- Lead the architecture of large-scale Generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference and training processes to reduce latency and computational costs.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends to ensure our roadmap remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
