Responsibilities
- Develop AI Ethics Frameworks: Design and implement comprehensive governance policies that address bias, transparency, and accountability in machine learning models.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct rigorous audits of algorithms and data pipelines to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities before deployment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with engineering, product, and legal teams to integrate ethical considerations into the product development lifecycle.
- Compliance Strategy: Stay ahead of evolving global regulations (such as the EU AI Act and future 2026 mandates) and ensure organizational compliance.
- Training & Culture: Lead internal workshops to foster an ethical culture of innovation across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Law, Philosophy, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI ethics, compliance, or a related regulatory role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and generative AI technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for diverse audiences.
