Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust LLM architectures and fine-tuning pipelines for high-impact applications.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce token costs through advanced quantization and caching strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and safety alignment.
- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
- Conduct research to explore novel architectures for the 2026 AI landscape.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of working with Generative AI models (GPT, Llama, Claude, etc.) and RAG frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience in deploying models to production environments with high availability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
