Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms that drive our 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in high-volume environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning to integrate novel techniques into our architecture.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning methodologies, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
