- Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Drive the technical roadmap for Generative AI integration and optimization for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate technical requirements into business value.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and resilience under high load.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with a focus on architectural design.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and neural network architectures.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
