Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Lead research initiatives in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to achieve sub-millisecond latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality datasets for fine-tuning.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI team.
- Ensure robust security and ethical guidelines are integrated into all model training processes.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments serving millions of users.
